Gate 19: Approach

Gate 19 is the gate of approach and wanting. Located in the Root Center, it carries the adrenal pressure of sensitivity to the needs of others and the self. This gate can sense what is needed — food, shelter, spirit — and feels the pressure to address those needs. It connects to Gate 49 in the Solar Plexus through the Channel of Synthesis, linking material need with emotional principles.
