Gate 10: Treading

Gate 10 is the gate of the behavior of the Self — the love of the Self. Located in the G Center, it determines how one moves through the world with authenticity. This is the foundation of self-love and correct behavior. It connects to three different centers: Gate 20 (Throat) for Awakening, Gate 34 (Sacral) for Exploration, and Gate 57 (Spleen) for Perfected Form, making it a key integration gate.
