All paid monthly plans include a 3-day free trial. During the trial period:
Annual plans do not include a free trial and are billed immediately upon subscription.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days of your initial payment, you may request a full refund.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Individual reports and credit packs are one-time purchases and are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been generated or credits have been delivered.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchased content, please contact us and we will either resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via our payment processor, Stripe. For users in select regions, we also accept UPI and local payment methods.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us at contact@deluxeastrology.com before filing a dispute with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and can often process refunds faster than the dispute process.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended while we investigate the claim.
