Rudraksha
Rudraksha is a seed traditionally used in Hindu and Buddhist religious ceremonies and for jewelry. The seeds are derived from the Rudraksha tree, native to the Himalayas and parts of Southeast Asia. The seeds have spiritual and healing properties and are commonly strung together to form Rudraksha malas, or necklaces used for meditation and prayer. The number of beads on a mala and the type of Rudraksha used can vary depending on the spiritual purpose of the wearer.
